3. Bookings and Payments
Program Enrollment
When you enroll in a program or book a consultation:
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
- All prices are in NOK (Norwegian Kroner) unless specified
- You will receive confirmation via email within 24 hours
- You are responsible for providing accurate information
Cancellation Policy
For consultations and workshops:
- Cancellations 7+ days before: Full refund
- Cancellations 3-7 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 3 days before: No refund
- Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge with 48 hours notice
For online programs and digital products, refunds are available within 14 days if less than 25% of content has been accessed.
